Breeding. The Hunan Tea Research Institute crossed Baihaozao as the seed parent with Tieguanyin as the pollen parent. Registration: GPD 茶树（2024）430023.
Use. The profile recommends green and black tea and planting in Hunan. Its Tieguanyin ancestry does not mean the finished tea must be oolong; cultivar identity and processing category remain separate.
