China Daily's Chinese site, reporting the company's twentieth-anniversary event in October 2020, gives 2001 as the founding year and Xiao Wenhua (肖文华) as chairman, from a tea-making family. Headquarters is in Xiamen. The company describes itself as covering planting, research, processing and retail, with eight tea estates in Anxi, Fuding, Wuyishan, Ningde, Menghai (Yunnan), Xinyang (Henan) and Zhejiang; its core teas are Anxi Tieguanyin, Wuyi rock tea, black, white and pu'er.
