Notes#
The Ministry of Agriculture / CAAS collection records Fengqing, Yunxian and Changning as principal distribution areas, with introductions elsewhere. It describes large, soft leaves and hairy shoots on tree-form plants.
The provincial agriculture department identifies Fengqing large-leaf material in its Dianhong craft account. That association does not make all Dianhong a single cultivar. Keep this population distinct from selected clones, individual ancient trees and the broader Yunnan large-leaf group; plant age is a separate attribute.
