茶王赛茶王賽
Term · Market
tea competition
Literal meaning
tea king + contest
Definition#
'Tea King' competition: an organized contest, often blind-judged, that ranks entries by category (Rougui, Shuixian, Dahongpao…) and awards titles such as 茶王 or 金奖. Winning lots fetch high prices, so award claims are a major marketing tool. Many competitions exist, from government-backed to company-run.
