Definition#
Mellow and thick: smooth and comfortable on entry, rich in dissolved matter, with a lingering, slightly viscous finish (GB/T 14487-2017 2.5.7, English "mellow and thick"). The 1993 edition described it as brisk, sweet and thick with some stimulation.
