Bud-only material. Baihao Yinzhen is made from single buds under GB/T 22291-2017; the China Tea Society primer notes buds may be plucked alone or stripped from one-bud-one-leaf shoots afterwards (抽针). A Guangdong draft standard requires over 95% single buds for bud-type yellow tea.
