Notes#
Identity. The producer dates the line to 1999 and describes Jingmai spring material selected and adjusted between editions.
Edition differences. The 2025 large cake is 400 g and uses material accumulated over eight years; the 2025 Danzhu format contains twelve 7 g portions. Pressing year therefore does not necessarily equal leaf-harvest year. The number 001 is the product-line identifier, not the four-digit historical factory-code system.
