Notes#

The 2000 monograph lists Hualongxi, Peijiadi, Bao’an and Ershiqidu as the main production area. Between 1990 and 1995 the production base was extended towards the Ershiqidu, Ershibadu and Bao’an townships. It says about 95% of the city’s tea bushes were local population varieties rather than introduced cultivars, a 1990s figure.
