KFBG’s 2026 workshop page describes more than 1,000 tea trees at about 400 m and a new planting area; an older event page estimated about 2,000. These are differently dated estimates, not a verified census. HKTPI records two growing areas at 400–450 m, planting from 1997, and uncertain cultivar identifications.
