The CAAS genome report identifies the Xihu Longjing population as the source of Longjing 43. The 2023 Xihu Longjing production-inputs association standard separately lists Longjing qunti and named clones, and specifies autumn seed collection from population gardens.
This entry describes plant material rather than certifying a finished tea’s Xihu origin. It also does not assign a single sprouting date, chemical profile or tree age to the whole seed population. The cited association standard is not presented as a national standard.
