Definition#
The winter crop, the last regular harvest of the Taiwanese year after spring, summer and autumn tea; with spring tea it is the season prized for oolong, and Lugu runs a separate winter competition (the 2025 winter round was judged and awarded in January 2026). Shoots that sprout again afterwards give 冬片.
