Directory search snippets identify 林有希 as the company’s legal representative, but Maigoo displays only 林*希 and the cited CNPP pages name no representative. In 2020 China Daily profiled Lin Youxi, a former Beijing tea merchant who returned to Fuding in 1999 and contracted organic gardens in Fangjiashan near Mount Taimu. The article names no company, so a connection to Tianhu remains unconfirmed.
The brand name 绿雪芽 is older than the company. Qing writer 周亮工's 闽小记 already uses it for the tea of Taimu Mountain (太姥山), and later writers say it came to be called 白毫. Local tradition places the original tree by 鸿雪洞 and treats it as the ancestor of the Fuding Dabai cultivar. At a public ceremony on 27 June 2004 the tree was listed under Fujian's protection scheme for ancient and notable trees. 福建省天湖茶业有限公司 was registered on 5 September 2000 with registered capital of 10 million yuan. Its address is in Fuding's 桐城街道. It took 绿雪芽 as its brand and holds trademarks 绿雪芽 (no. 4162207) and 太姥绿雪芽 (no. 4162205).
A 2021 profile describes a 1,500-mu ecological garden on Taimu Mountain near the mother tree. It also lists certifications: organic in 2001, ISO 9001 in 2003, export rights in 2004, QS in 2005, export hygiene registration in 2006 and IMO organic in 2008. Directory pages claim over 20,000 mu of gardens across Taimu, 瑞云, 白琳 and 燕山. According to Fuding's media centre, the company's estate has a Taimu shrine and holds a yearly first-picking festival (头采节) for the legendary Taimu.
Directory pages call the firm a drafting unit of the national white tea standard GB/T 22291-2017 and of GH/T 1242-2019 on compressed white tea; the standards' own drafting lists were not seen. In late 2021 its general manager was 施丽君, who also heads 太姥书院. 中华合作时报 (2013) named 绿雪芽 among Fuding's leading white tea firms.
