tea made with skill/effort
Definition#
A way of brewing with a small pot or gaiwan, a high leaf-to-water ratio and many short infusions, originating in Chaozhou and southern Fujian. 工夫 means painstaking skill; 功夫 is a widespread variant, often criticised as a later confusion with the martial-arts word.
