Tongcheng Xiaohua
A baked green tea made from leaves grown in the mountain areas of Tongcheng, Anhui.
Notes#
The 2006 specification describes spreading, heat fixation, drying and aroma finishing. It records an earlier manufacturing framework: DB34/T 586-2025 replaced that edition on 6 June 2025. The official register confirms the replacement, but its catalogue entry alone does not establish the newer processing or grade requirements.
