Zhengshan Xiaozhong
Black tea associated with Tongmu in the Wuyi mountains; its traditional pine-smoked version is especially distinctive.
Notes#
Identity. This is a black-tea style, distinct from the partially oxidized Wuyi rock oolongs. The official geographical-indication introduction describes pine smoking as part of the traditional process.
